Klaus Bak, MBA

Associate Partner Scandinavia

Klaus Bak has over 15 years of experience in project management garnered from senior positions in international firms, including Arthur Andersen Global Corporate Finance and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Klaus has acted as associate project director for HCP since 2007. During this time he has been responsible for assisting the team in a number of healthcare and medtech sale mandates. Prior to HCP, he developed his own M&A and strategy advisory boutique advising, among others, two listed companies.

Klaus was a corporate finance senior executive at Arthur Andersen both in London and Copenhagen, where he managed several healthcare transactions mainly in Northern European and Scandinavian countries.

Klaus holds an E-MBA and a Bachelor in Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
